This application allows the user to draw sociograms. The sociograms can be exported to the iPhones' photo library to send them by email. Sociograms were originally developed by Jacob L. Moreno to diagram the structure and patterns of group interactions. A sociogram can be drawn on the basis of many different criteria: Social relations, channels of influence, lines of communication etc. Especially the recent works of the sociologist Francois Dupuy has influenced the real life application of sociograms in the context of organizational analytics, stakeholder management and leading change. The sociogram structure and logic as displayed here is today an integral part of a variety of management development curricula and projects. Examples can be found in courses taught by Francis Dupuy or Jens F. Meyer at CEDEP and INSEAD (both France) and as well as in many company specific initiatives or workshops.
